The Oxfordshire Transformation Board is made up of the leaders of:

Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group – is a statutory organisation that plans, buys and oversees health services for more than 700,000 people from a range of NHS, voluntary, community and private sector providers.  

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust – provides physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire and beyond. Its services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics and people’s homes and focus on care as close to home as possible.  

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust – is a world renowned centre of clinical excellence and one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the UK. It is made up of four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital (which includes the Children's Hospital, West Wing, Eye Hospital, Heart Centre and Women's Centre), the Churchill Hospital and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, all located in Oxford, and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury, north Oxfordshire. The Trust provides a wide range of clinical services, specialist services (including cardiac, cancer, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation) medical education, training and research.

South Central Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust – serves the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire – an area of around 3,554 square miles with a population of more than 4,000,000. SCAS’ three main functions are response to 999 calls; the 111 service; and non-emergency patient transport service.

Oxfordshire GP Federations are membership groups of GP practices which have come together to enhance the delivery of health and social care services locally. The federation operates as a hub for member practices so they can offer better access to services and deliver economies of scale by sharing resources like administration and finance support.

Oxfordshire County Council is the local authority for Oxfordshire’s 60,000+ residents and delivers services adults and children’s social care services.
